Welcome to AdRobot. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using AdRobot, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform": Refers to AdRobot's website and services.
  • "User": Any individual or entity utilizing our platform.
  • "Services": Social media automation and e-commerce integration tools provided by AdRobot.
  • "Subscription Plans": The various pricing tiers and feature access levels available to users.

3. Services Offered

AdRobot provides tools for automating social media interactions and integrating e-commerce functionalities with Facebook and Instagram. Key features include:

  • Messenger Chatbot: AI-driven automated responses for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Live Chat: Real-time communication tools.
  • Social Media Poster: Automated content scheduling and posting.
  • E-commerce Integration: Linking Facebook shops and Instagram stores with automated processes.
  • Comment Management: Auto-replies and engagement tracking.
  • Meta API Integration: AdRobot utilizes Meta’s official API for automating post scheduling, chatbot interactions, and engagement management on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring compliance with Meta's guidelines and data protection policies.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in activities that harm the platform, violate intellectual property laws, or distribute malware/spam.
  • Ensure compliance with Facebook and Instagram's policies when using Meta API services.

5. Account Registration and Security

Users must create an account to access AdRobot's services. Account security is the user's responsibility. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords or security breaches on the user's end.

6. Payment Terms

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Razorpay, credit/debit cards, and UPI.
  • Taxes: Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as per regulatory requirements.
  • Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel their subscriptions anytime; however, no refunds will be issued.

7. Refund Policy

  • A 7-day free trial is available.
  • After the trial period, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if the service is not utilized.
  • Exceptional refund cases will be handled at our sole discretion.

8. Service Availability & Downtime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All software, designs, and trademarks associated with AdRobot remain our intellectual property.
  • Users are prohibited from copying, reselling, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.

10. Data Privacy & Security

  • User data is collected and stored per our Privacy Policy.
  • We implement security measures to protect user information but do not guarantee absolute security.
  • As part of our integration with Meta API, user data related to Facebook and Instagram interactions is processed following Meta’s data security and privacy guidelines.

11. Meta API Compliance

  • Users acknowledge and agree that AdRobot utilizes Meta API for social media automation services.
  • AdRobot does not store Facebook or Instagram login credentials; authentication is handled securely via Meta’s official OAuth system.
  • Users are responsible for managing API permissions granted to AdRobot via their Meta Business settings.
  • AdRobot is not liable for any issues arising from changes in Meta API policies or disruptions in Meta’s services.
  • If a user revokes AdRobot’s access through Meta’s API settings, certain features may become unavailable.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
