3. Integration with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

AdRobot integrates with Meta Platforms to provide social media management and automation services. To offer these features, we require you to authenticate your Meta account and grant our application specific permissions. Our use of data received from Meta's APIs will adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

A. Data We Collect from Meta

Based on the permissions you grant, we may collect the following information from your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts:

Page and Profile Information: Publicly available information about your Facebook Page(s) and/or Instagram Business Account(s), including the page name, profile picture, and category (`pages_read_engagement`, `business_asset_user_profile_access`).
User-Generated Content: Posts, photos, videos, stories, comments, and other content that you publish or that is published on your Page/Profile (`pages_read_user_content`).
Messaging Data: Messages sent to your Facebook Page's inbox and comments on your posts to enable our unified inbox and chatbot features (`pages_messaging`).
Insights and Analytics Data: Performance data about your Pages, posts, and audience, such as reach, impressions, engagement rates, and demographic information (`read_insights`).

B. How We Use Meta Data

We use the data collected from Meta solely to provide and improve the following features of AdRobot:

`pages_manage_posts`: To allow you to create, schedule, edit, and publish posts to your connected Facebook Pages directly from the AdRobot dashboard.
`pages_read_user_content`: To display your existing posts, comments, and content within our platform for management purposes.
`pages_messaging`: To operate our "Unified Inbox" feature, which allows you to view, manage, and reply to messages and comments sent to your Facebook Page.
`Human Agent` (Message Tag): To allow you, as a human agent, to respond to user inquiries in Messenger outside the standard 24-hour window, which is essential for resolving complex customer support issues.
`read_insights`: To populate your analytics dashboard with performance metrics about your content and audience, helping you understand your social media performance.
`business_asset_user_profile_access`: To identify the user who connected the business asset, display their name and profile picture within our app for a personalized experience, and for account security purposes.

C. Revoking Access and Deleting Data

You can revoke AdRobot's access to your Meta data at any time by visiting your Facebook "Apps and Websites" settings here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications. Revoking permissions may limit or disable certain features of our platform.

To request the complete deletion of your Meta-related data from our systems, please send an email to support@adrobot.in with the subject line "Request for Meta Data Deletion". We will process your request and confirm the deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

Aside from the specific Meta integration described above, we do not sell or rent user data. However, we may share your information with:

Payment Processors: Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways to facilitate transactions.
Legal Authorities: If required by law or to prevent fraud, we may disclose data to regulatory bodies.
